This is a nutty and tangy dressing that goes great with both salads and oven-baked vegetables.
Ingredients
75 g (½ cup) whole almonds
120 ml (½ cup) water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
Salt and white pepper, to taste
Method
- Whizz all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth and creamy. (Almonds take a while to blend smooth, so be patient!)
